How does booking work?
Use our online booking page to get an instant price — just tell us your home's size, pick a service, and choose a date and arrival window. We'll confirm your appointment by phone or email, usually within a few hours.
When am I charged for my cleaning?
Never before the work is done. After you book, you'll receive a secure link to place a card on file. Your card is only charged after your cleaning is completed. No deposits, no prepayment.
Is the online price final?
Our online rates cover most homes. If your home needs significantly more work than average (for example, a first-time deep clean after years without service), we'll always discuss any adjustment with you before we start — no surprises.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — life happens. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment by phone or email. There are no contracts, even for recurring cleanings.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our team brings all supplies and equipment. If you'd prefer we use specific products you own (or non-toxic products only), just let us know in your booking notes.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It's up to you. Many clients provide a door code, hidden key, or let their building's front desk know. Add entry instructions to the notes when you book.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes — we use family- and pet-safe products by default. Tell us about your pets in the booking notes so our team knows who they'll be meeting!
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Let us know within one business day and we'll come back and make it right at no extra cost. Your satisfaction decides when the job is done — that's also why we don't charge until after the service.
What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning covers routine upkeep: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, and bathrooms. Deep cleaning adds baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, behind furniture, buildup removal, and detail work. First-time clients or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned recently usually start with a deep clean.

Should I tip my cleaner?
Tips are never required but always appreciated — 100% goes to your cleaning team. Cash on the day or a note with your booking both work.
